Chart Gridlines By Quarter

I made a floating bar graph of various projects that I am under going, but I
want the major gridlines to break up the chart by quarter. The only thing
that I have working right now is to set the major gridline to every 90 days,
but that doesn't always correlate to the quarters. Any suggestions?
 
Create and plot the appropriate data values in a Line chart to get the
desired horizontal, or vertical, line(s). This way you have control
over their exact values.
