Chart Design Recommendation

I have a large complex sales tracking template with named ranges for
most everything.
One sheet has each "deal" record data with a salesperson field.
On another sheet I have calculated value for each deal.

I wish to total sum just the deal values that have been "Won" for each
salesperson and dynamically pie chart each salespersons total $$.
This chart will change as more deal records are added.

A little guidance please...

A little guidance please...
First need to gather just the Won data together by Salesperson and
then point the chart at the combined data.
