Chart Default Colors in PowerPoint

How do you change the chart default colors in PowerPoint? My company's
background is white. The font default in PowerPoint is white, so I have to go
and change manually, but it's really hard to find the labels. How do i change
the font defaults on charts to black??? Thanks

What version of powerpoint do you use? Do you use excel or ms graph to
produce charts?
