Charging power light

power light

This is just a minor problem but it bugs me. When the laptop is charging the
light blinks orrange and green for a couple of seconds and then turns blank.
its an inspiron6000
 
Contact Dell--that is not normal behavior (at least my Inspiron does not act
that way).
