My TV listing begins with channel 4. Does anybody know why the
AIW7500 would choose not to include these channels. I just had
digital cable installed and it needs channel 3 for access. Does any
body have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Did you use the "auto-programming" to set up your channel list? If you did,
and no signal was detected for channels 2 or 3, then they would not have
been added to the list. You may need to manually add them.

While viewing the TV, right-click in any part of the window and choose
SETUP. Go to the TV TUNER tab. There will be a list off all the channels.
Just click the box for the channel(s) you want to add to place a checkmark
in the box.

On the newer versions of MMC (8.5) you could also hit the AutoScan button
(near the bottom right of the window) to rescan all the available channels.
You could also go to the DISPLAY tab, you will see a button for the
Initialization Wizard, which will run you through the steps again, like when
you first set up the MMC software. You can choose autoscan from there. you
can just click next to keep settings you already have. By the way, when you
first set up MMC, this initialization should have run, giving you the option
to auto scan the channels. You can't add channels manually through the
wizard, only auto-scan mode.
