Changong temp file size

OK so when I go to change my temp file size(amount of disk space to use) from
610 MB to a higher number my computer always switches it back to 610 MB. Is
there any way to get it to keep the number of space I want without always
haing to go in and change it?

Exactly what are you changing, and how?
 
Changing Temp file size, or are you talking about System Restore Settings?

Are you asking about Temporary Internet Files?
How are you changing it?

When you go to tools then internet options, under settings you have Temporary
Internet Files Folder and it tells you where its located and under that is a
bar you can move to a lower or higher number thats what I am talking about.
Before I was able to change it and it would stay at a higher number but now
it seems to keep restting itself back to the original 610 MB.
 
Leave it at 610Mb, that is high enough.

Actually, I think that's too high. 50 MB is better.
