Changing Windows Display(?) Languages

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to switch the Windows display language
to say.....Japanese?

A very frustrated TIA.......

One cannot change from one language version of Windows to
another language version. You'll need to purchase a "full version"
of Windows XP in your desired language version and then perform
a "clean install".
