Changing Win2000 server product key after installation

Is there a way to change the product key of W2K server
after the W2k server build?

Reason for this is that I intend to install w2k for a
client, using the MS action pack w2k product key. The
client purchase w2k been delay by supplier.

And re-enter and change the product key when the client
official w2k server sofwtware arrive.

The minute you install that for the customer in a production
environment, you are in violation of the licensing agreement and you
wind up putting both yourself and your customer at legal risk.

Your best solution here is to either get the supplier to hurry up, or
find another supplier, or wait until you can legally install the
software.
 
You can't - how long before they get the software delivered? Frankly, if
there's a minor gap, say of a few days, I don't think the guard dogs will
have time to find you. And the product key doesn't matter as long as they
have a license to run the product.
