Changing Users - Oulook 2000

Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.3281)

I need to be able to change who I'm sending "from" when I write emails. I
have three different identities now and I am stuck using just the one as the
"from" account. Can someone please tell my dumb ass how to change between
accounts in this program?
 
In your older version (2000) I'm sure you'll find an Accounts pick-list when you select Options (where you normally request a read receipt). In later versions, there is an Account tool on the toolbar which does the same thin
