Changing "Users Name Documents" Folder

Upon loading Windows XP Prof. a folder is automatically
created under My Computer that is named "User's Name
Documents". Does anyone know how to delete this folder or
at least rename it?

Right clicking the folder and choosing delete? Why would
you want to do that?

I have a second (D) Hard Drive I keep all my created

Right clicking only brings up a dropdown with Explore,
Open, Search, Send To, Paste, Create Shortcut,
Properties --No Delete or Rename? Any other suggestions?
