Changing User Name

Hi.
I recently took over a job as a secretary at a real estate office.
The office email that i use is still set up as the previous secretaries name
so whenever i email clients or anyone else, it says it is from her, so they
reply to me as if I am her.
I would like to know how i can change the name to reflect mine, so that i am
no longer being referred to as the previous secretary.

What type of mail account? If you're using Exchange, then your Exchange or
Active Directory administrator will need to make the change. Otherwise,
proceed as Don suggests.
