Changing Toolbar

Lytnup

Can someone explain why my toolbar(s) keep changing even
though I have it LOCKED? Things are alway moving around,
and I have to search for them an then rearrange them. I
have been hit by spyware, but keep the computer updated by
running ADWARE at least every other day. I also have a
pop up stopper, but I still keep getting pop ups every now
and then.
