Changing to Native Mode

I am thinking about changing my domain to Native Mode and I have a few
questions.

1. Will it provide any extra security?
2. I don't have any NT servers but I do have Windows 98 computers that log
into the domain, will this prevent my Win98 clients from logging in?
3. If I change the domain to Native Mode on one of my DCs will it propagate
to the other DCs?

Thanks for any info and help.

Not directly.

Irrelevant. Clients (even member servers) are irrelevant to mode.

It means no NT BDCs.

Make sure you have (enough) GCs. At least one reliable
GC per site.

Yes, because you really change it for AD not for a DC.
(Some DC has to do the work, but likely adding a user,
it propates.)

Make sure you have (enough) GCs. At least one reliable
GC per site.

Herb, You've been very helpful. Thanks.
