Changing Time on PDC Emulator

Our Domain time is ahead by 7 minutes - I would like to simply change the
time back 7 minutes on our PDC Emulator which serves the time for our
Domain. Will this produce replication errors or is this the way to do it. No
the server is not using an external time source.

Should be fine.. as long as you run "w32tm /s" on your DC's pretty much
straight away and run "net time /set" on your clients (preferably after
hours when they are all logged off).
