changing the wall paper from a reg script

I have tried this but it is not changing the wallpaper on the desktop.

I want a script that can be activatet from login script then changing
wallpaper to a default.

this is what I tried

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"Wallpaper"=c:\coflogo.bmp

diden't work can anyone help

There is a "refresh" needed to force the shell to re-read the registry.
Several ways to do that... I just use SetWallPaper.exe
