Changing the timestamp on files

Hi

I'm wondering - is it possible to change the "Created", "Modified" and
"Accessed"-values of files in a folder to make it look like someone's been
using the computer from time A to time B (say, from 14:00 to 14:20) without
having to edit every file by hand? How long would it take for someone with a
good knowledge of XP to make a program that could do this?

What about only changing the date? Say, if you have 200 files that were
created between August 4th, 13:30 to 15:30, would it be possible to just
change the date so that it read August 5th or 6th, but keep the time the same?

Is there any documentation of this to be found on the web?
