Changing the paragraph spacing from pixels to points in Word

Is there any way I can change the paragraph spacing from pixels to points in
Word? Also, does anyone know how I change the rulers to display in inches?

These settings are on the General tab of Tools | Options. If you're still
seeing strange units on the ruler after setting the options correctly, see
