Changing the language of a pc with xp

Can anyone here tell me how to change the language of my
p.c.?
I recently bought a computer from a friend in Mexico, and
his computer is all in spanish and I don't know how to
change the language.

Hi,

You cannot change the language. Since it is a Spanish
version of XP, you will have to purchase the english
verison of windows xp if u want to change to english.
