I have a DC that is used for DNS and WINS and
authentication and I would like to change the IP address
to clean up a segment we no longer use. Does anyone if
there is a problem with doing this?

Its just moving subnets and not sites.

No problem.

You can manually delete the A record. For the SRV records, you may want to
do this just to make sure they register correctly:
ipconfig /all
net stop netlogon
net start netlogon

If moving to a different subnet, and you have Sites defined, you may want to
move the server from the old Site to the new Site.

Then it shouldn't be a prob. Just make sure the new IP shows up for the box.
