Do you mean in the View or for Print?

Also, it is always a good idea to include the Outlook
version that you are using.

Sorry--it was late at night and not enough office in system. :( I am currently using (and don't laugh) Outlook 2000. I would like for it to be in both the View and Print

Two things come to mind:

Try "My Outlook Calendar". (Free) Sue Mosher's
Slipstick site. Copies your outlook calendar into a
Word document that you can edit and mail or print.

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print

Second, have you tried using the 5 day view? or you can
see several days side-by-side by using the CONTROL key
and the NAVIGATION calendars (little monthly cals)
Press the <CTRL> key and with your mouse select the
days you wish to see.
