Changing the File As Value for Imported Contacts

Is there any way, short of opening and changing each one
manually, to change the File As value to [company],([last
name], [first name])? I have set the folder properties
to File As this way for new contacts, and that works, but
those imported remain using [last name], [first name].
 
Where might I be able to find that code?

Found it - thank you. The article notes that this
solution changes the field itself, rather than the format.
(Does this mean the selected (calculated/concatenated)
option?) Does this code achieve the same option
selection capability provided in the standard File As
field? Does this make this a custom field that cannot be
exported? I am already using a custom form to offer
custom categories (per a solution suggested at
Slipstick.com). Does this impact implementation of this
solution?

Don't know. I've never tried it with a Custom Form.
