Changing the driver letter of my Cdrom?

Hello!

I would like to know if it is possible to change the
driver letter of my cdrom and how I would go about doing
it.

Please email with an answer if anyone has one

using Windows Xp Professional

Also sent via email:

Start > run > "%SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s" (without the quotes) >
scroll down (yes copy and paste the information that you have to run) and
find disk management > set the new drive letter on the bottom or the top...
If it's the top or the bottom then just right click ont he offending drive
and set it to a letter that's not in use. Reboot (this is required though I
don't think it tells you this) and you should be all set. Will post in the
NewsGroup as well just in case this is a bad email address...

Right-click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management > Right-click
the CD Drive > Edit Drive letter and path...
