Hello All,

I am running an application on windows 2000 terminal
services and I need to change the desktop colour scheme. I
can change the setting a in the latest remote desktop
client to 16 and 32 bit, but when I check the terminal
services desktop the colour is only set at 256bit.
Can someone please offer any help to changing the colour
for these users!?
Thanks
Sean

Sean,

Unfortunately in WIN2000 Terminal Server the only available color quality is
256 colors. If you need more colors - like 16 or 32 bit - then you have two
choices: Citrix or WIN2003. Both of them are expensive but possibly well
worth the money.

HTH,

Cary

Many thanks for your reply.
I tried it but it did not work for me. I think there must be a way to
configure the terminal services client (like what is done in CE.NET) but I
cannot find it.
I'm afraid the colors by default on the client for remote access are only
256, and maybe there must be a tool to change it.
Any help?
