Changing the default name order

Hi folks,

Is there a way I can change the default way names are filed from Last Name,
First Name to First Name, Last Name and have it automatically cascade
through the existing contacts?

You provided insufficient information to permit an answer. Filed where, and
in what version of Outlook?
