Having read a couple of the responses to "default calendar" for Outlook 2003,
folks try this.

1. Go to the dialog box Advanced Options via
Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options

2. Click the Browse button for "Startup in this folder"

3. Select the folder/calendar you want to startup in.
This will change the default calendar the next time to open Outlook....as
well as will open that folder.

.....Just a casual broswer

P.S. The "calendar" you want as your default should be a mailbox in your
folder list
i.e. you have access to someone else's /something's mailbox!

Changing the startup calendar has no effect on changing the default calendar
for Outlook's options.
