Hi,

Is there a way of changing wat you have in the design view
of a query to how it looks on datasheet view? By that I
mean if I have a database which is a questionnaire. I have
labeled the questions 1,2,3 etc in my main table. Is there
a way of in my query having for example a school name
field (which is sorted) and then the answers to my
question say 4.... So In the datasheet view it comes up
with a column called Name of School. and another column
which should be called 4 will come up something like date
of visit?

Have you any idea as to what I am on about? if so please
could you give me some assistance...

If not then please let me know what you dont understand
and I wil try to explain a little more...

Thanks

James

In the query design grid, click in the field you want to appear differently
and then open the Properties window. Set the Caption property of the field
to what you want to display as the column heading.
