Changing the color

In Movie Maker 2 can you make video clips darker... Change the color? I'm
making a short film and using MM2 to put it together and I want to make the
movie dark looking. Also what would I need to be able to make Special
effects?

To make a dark effect you can apply the "Brightness Decrease" Effect a
couple of times to your clip.

You can adjust the level of light with the grightness control, to do some real
fancy colour changes you could take a look at the PLUS! pack Digital Media
Edition or take a look at www.pixelan.com...I have all of their effects and
transitions too....dam clever stuff
