Changing the Appearance theme in Outlook 2007

Can anyone tell me how to go back to the original appearance of Outlook 2007
from the Vista appearance?
 
Tools | Options | Mail Format tab | Editor Options button | Personalize page
| Colour Scheme dropdown list.
