There is a ctrl key combination to change from all upper
case to lower case and vice versa, but I can't remember
the keys. Does anybody know the answer?

Sweet!! I never knew that one. Pretty nifty!

I'm assuming you're talking of Word .. in which case you should
post in an MS Office group ... however ....

Select the text you want to change (or press CTRL A to select
all)

Then to change the case of the selected text press SHIFT F3 ....
keep the SHIFT pressed down and each dab of the F3 key will cycle
through the differing cases

used to teach MS Office many years ago and that one always got a
good "wow thats handy" factor with the delegates .... especially
before autocorrect corrected a caps lock key left on and someone
had typed lots before realising ;o)
