With 2002 you do not need to have the text box that has text that changes,
you can have multiple overlapping textboxes that enter and exit in sequence.
The key is to have your animations paired (entrance and exit). So, the
animations box will look a little like this:
0 - Entrance - Shape 3
1 - Exit - Shape 3
- Entrance - Shape 4
2 - Exit - Shape 4
- Entrance - Shape 5
On the first line, set the animation to begin 'after previous'. This causes
the entrance animation to start as soon as the slide is displayed.
On the second line, set the animation to start 'on click'. This will cause
the first text box to exit when you click the mouse.
On the third line, set the animation to start 'with previous', so that the
next text box entrances while the old one exits.
Repeat the second and third lines as needed, for each of the subsequent text
boxes. You can stack them one on top of the other, since only one will be
showing at any given time.
Post back if this technique is unclear or we can help with anything else.
