Help--somehow, the Windows 2000 Professional (SP4) taskbar on the bottom of
the screen is showing in "double height display" (e.g., the time display is
above the small icons on the right side of the Taskbar, which results in the
Taskbar being twice the normal height.

Is there a way I can fix this problem??? I am more than willing to hack the
Registry if needed to solve this.

P.S. I am using a Matrox Millenium PCI card running the Version 5.82.018
Windows 2000 display driver, if that helps.

Just place your mouse cursor near the top of the taskbar, you should be able
to drag it down to a single line. If the mouse cursor doesn't change to a
double point arrows, the taskbar might have been locked. Right click on the
taskbar, select 'Properties' and uncheck the 'Lock the taskbar' option.
