Changing / swapping Vista 32 for 64 version...

Hi,

I have a copy of Vista Ult. 32 bit - unused / unregistered
and would like to swap it legally with Microsoft for Vista Ult. 64 bit.
Is it possible - and if ... how should I go about it?
