Changing Starting Day of Week

Currently, my windows calendar (when I double click on the
time in the task bar) has Monday as the first day of the
week.
Is it possible to make Sunday the first day of the week?
 
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/International/iFirstDayOfWeek: set value to
0.
