changing settings that oem like to make to ie

anyone know how i can get ie to remember where i put toolbars and which
toolbars are on? i ask cause my oem has hard coded its own code into ie and
now i cant get ie to remember my changes after a restart.

Did you right click the toolbar and make sure Lock Toolbars was not checked?
