HIi, I'm tring to get into setup options when booting up. I get straight onto
blue screen with password security settings, which is fine, but when I try
and get onto other settings it won't let me - computer either exits boot
completely or whatever arrow or key I press it just stays in password
settings. Can anyone help

From your description of the problem, this is occurring at the BIOS level,
not in Windows. Most BIOSes have two passwords - one to start the operating
system and one to make changes to the BIOS Setup (they can be identical).
If you don't know the password for Setup, you'll need to reset the BIOS to
default. This can be done by pulling the CMOS battery for a short period of
time on a desktop or moving motherboard jumpers (refer to the motherboard
manual). If the machine is a laptop, whether you can do this yourself or
not depends on the make/model of the machine.

In any case, this isn't a Windows security issue unless I have
misinterpreted what you wrote.
