Changing Saturday and Sunday block size

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, and I want my calendar to show the
weekend blocks the same size as the weekday blocks. Is this possible? I
don't see that option anywhere.
 
I found an earlier post about this issue, and have resolved it. In case
anyone else has this question, the answer is, right click on an open spot of
the monthly view, select "other settings" and uncheck "compress weekend
days." Apparently this only works in monthly view, not weekly.
