Changing Ribbon Font Size and Graphics Sizes

The ribbon icon graphics are a little fuzzy and ribbon label fonts are a
little large for my taste. Is there a way to make them both smaller?

The only way you're going to get them to be smaller is to increase the
resolution of your video display through the Windows display
properties dialog.
