My PC has been set-up with me as the "Boss", there is also a "Guest"
set-up who can access the internet only.
I would like the guest to be able to access Word & Excel as well.
Is that possible?
Is it also possible to have my Word & Excel documents made inaccessible
by the guest? This would be ideal, but is very much of secondary
importance!
I am an "old git", so if it's poss. I will need a stroke by stroke
idiots' guide on what to do.
When I log on as the "Guest" and go into Start/ Programs, there is no
sign of Word or Excel.
Hoping for a patient expert!
My regards,
Hectorgw

Hi Hectorgw,

See http://rickrogers.org/xpsware.htm on setting up the shortcuts for All
Users, as MSOffice products generally install for everyone. You likely just
need to move some shortcuts.

As to keeping your documents inaccessible, go to Help & Support and search
on "make files private".
