When I go through control panel to change the settings on my printer, "keep
printed documents" remain. I DO NOT want this to remain in effect. I have
unchecked it and clicked "apply" and then "ok", closed the window and then
reopened it only to find this same setting rechecked every time. how do i
uncheck it so that it doesn't reset itself?
