Changing Print default from 'best' to normal'

I cannot seem to get the print quality changed from 'best'
to normal. When I go into print, propoerties - the
computer automatically seesm to change to best. It doesn't
give me the option to tick draft at all and when I tick
Normal the 'apply' button doesn't show active.

Any ideas anyone?
 
Hi Graham,

I think you'd need to make this setting in the PRINTERS
folder under START/Settings. If you're having difficulties,
you should ask the support area on your printer
manufacturer's website.
