Changing Power Point to Web page and adding hyperlinks

Hi everyone,
I am trying to change my power point presentation to a web page and I need
to add 2 web hyperlinks and one e-mail hyperlink. Do I change to a web page
before adding the hyperlinks?

Hi,

Add the hyperlinks within PowerPoint and then publish to web.
