Changing Picture Duration AFTER creation of full storyline

I know that I can change the picture duration of anything I add to the
storyline after I change the duration. But I have a full slideshow done,
need to make it shorter and want to change the duration of all of the
pictures already in the storyline. Even if I "select all" it won't change
them, it just resets the default. Any ideas?
