I got a Linksys wireless print server today and when installing the

I get an error message saying I need to change my PC"s IP address to the
same
segment as the print server. How or should I do this?
Bones,
Your PC is wireless enabled. right?
If so, go to Start>Right click on My Network Places>Properties.
Right click on your wireless connection icon and select Properties.
Scroll down the connections list to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and select
Properties.
You will see the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties dialogue box. It may
be set to "obtain an IP address automatically" on the General page.
You will need to select "Use the following IP address" to make the address
boxes active.
If for example, your print server has an address of 192.168.2.1 with a
subnet of 255,255,255.0 You will need to set (type in) your PC's IP address
to 192.168.2.*(*anything but 1) and a subnet of 255,255,255.0 (same as the
print server) To summarise, whatever the print server's IP address is, the
PC's will be the same except for the last digit. The subnet will be the
same.
