changing paths for "Documents & Settings" Folder

Hi there,

I wan't to move the location of the Documents & Settings
Folder to another partition on my harddrive - is that
possible? How can I achieve that?

If it's not possible would it work for a complete users
folder under "Documents & Settings", not only the "My
Documents" folder of a particular user?
