my laptop has been off for the last 11 months. I got a new power supply and try to turn it on but now it wont take any of my passwords what do I do????????

Jack, this must be your other computer. AVG is way out of date! Since my
last note to you, there has been another update (Feb14). In these last few
months, updates for Spybot, Ad-aware and AVG came in thick and fast, some
within a couple of days of previous ones.
By the way, you could have included a snipped message from the Originating
Poster....
