When I change the password of the Administrator (both domain and local), do
I need to open all the services which run as Administrator and change there
password one by one to match the new password?

TIA,

KM

Yes, but you shouldn't have any services running as administrator. You certainly
don't by Windows Default.

The proper timeline in this bad thing would be

Shutdown all services running as administrator.
Change the password on those services
Change the password on the domain
Restart the services and pray for no typos.

Only the services that specifically use the administrator accounts. Don't
forget any third party programs that use that account too.
