I frequently find myself creating both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio versions of
the PowerPoint templates and decks that I work with. Seems like a fairly
simple task, all you need to do is change the slide page size; but I'm
running into one snag... I'm working in PPT 2007, once I'm through making
changes to a particular size I save the file, then go to the Page Setup
dialog and change the size in the "Slides Sized For:" drop-down, and then
click okay.
The result has the re-sized slides, however all of the content (text and
graphics) was scaled too.... this causes all of my text and and graphics to
appear either stretched or squished (particularly annoying when my company
has very strict guidelines on how their logo is displayed, mandating that it
stays in original proportions).
Seems like there should be a command or option somewhere that would allow
all of the content to keep its proportions when scaling, or even the option
to not scale it at all if page size changes.....
Any suggestions?
