Changing ouline to match the video

Can I have an outline right next to my video and have the pages of the
outline change at certain times in the video so the outline progresses with
the video? I basically videotaped a course and want the people taking the
course to view trhe outline next to the video. Do I need Producer 2003 or any
other software to do this with PowerPoint? Thanks for any help you cajn give.

Just set the timing of the text animation to match the video.

As well as what Austin said to play the vid across several slide set stop
playing (in custom animation > effect ) to after xx slides
