Changing Options In Right Click Menu

In downloading pictures from the internet I use to be able to have a choice
as to which format to use. Now on one computer my only choice is bitmap.
However on a second computer also running XP Professional selecting the exact
same picture from the exact same web page I have a choice of JPEG plus
others. Is there a simple fix to change the options on the computer which is
only allowing me the choice of BitMap?
