changing opperating system

Quick question i have a computer that the opperating system is in dutch i can't read the info

would like to change it to english , my key board is set up in english with languages set to , english

I want to be able to work on the system in english format
could you please help me thanks frank
 
You cannot change the OS like that. You will have to get a XP version that
is in ENGLISH not GERMAN.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the an
OS to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.
